"I started online training with Michelle in September 2016 and it was the best decision I could have made for myself. She started off my training by obtaining my starting weight, getting pictures of me, and finding out what my goals were. Once we established where I wanted to be, she made my macros and fitness plan and talked me through everything. I knew a little about counting macros but nothing crazy and Michelle coached me through it all, including whatever exercises I didn't know how to do in the gym. The daily check-ins and words of encouragement were always helpful and gave me the extra "push" I needed to get me through the days I felt like giving up. I have learned so much about my body and have never felt better! If you're thinking about training with Michelle, just do it, you won't be sorry!"

"I worked with Michelle for two weeks. She set my macro goals and created a whole workout for me. I was a little scared to start this workout regimen because I ultimately just wanted to tone and didn't want to gain weight. Michelle listened to my reservations and made sure I was set up to reach my ideal image. She kept me accountable everyday and adjusted my macros when I expressed difficulty to her. On days I felt too lazy to workout, Michelle would text me and encourage me to keep going. THere would never be more than a five minute time lapse in time when I would send texts with questions. She is really dedicated to her clients and it shows. It was great having such a positive trainer to keep my on track. In the end, I ended up losing fat while becoming more toned over all. Most importantly, Michelle taught me how to get in shape the healthy way. There were no gimmicks or 'quick fixes,' it was all diet and exercise. Michelle is the perfect mix of tough and encouraging an she can help anyone of all fitness levels!
