    This package is amazing! I was 6 weeks postpartum when I started and felt like I just needed a kickstart with workouts only. Michelle sent me a detailed workout plan each week and I loved it! I am current just now starting week three and I have already lost more than 2 inches on my waist and on my hips. I am already feeling more toned in the areas that I felt needed work. I highly recommend this package for someone needing a kickstart!
